1-Year Limited Warranty
Every Lume diffuser is backed by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
- Water exposure or liquid damage.
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly.
- Damage caused by accidents or external factors.
Warranty Coverage
To ensure optimal performance and preserve your warranty coverage, Lume diffusers should be used exclusively with Lume fragrance oils.
The use of any fragrance oils other than Lume scents will void the product warranty. Any damage resulting from the use of non-Lume oils will not be covered under the warranty.
